Customer Reviews
Good system, slow setup
I got the ADT Monitored Home Security System with a Video Doorbell Camera installed last month. The equipment itself seems solid, and the mobile app control is pretty intuitive. What I liked was the free equipment package; that saved a good chunk of change upfront. However, the installation process took a bit longer than I expected, about 4 hours, and scheduling the initial consultation was a little clunky. Customer service was helpful when I called, but getting a clear timeframe for the install proved challenging. Overall, it's good value, but they could improve their scheduling system.
Easy to get set up
I just moved to Florida and needed a security system. Bulldog Security Services hooked me up with an ADT Monitored system. They had a free doorbell camera offer, which was cool. The guy who came out was nice and everything just worked. Felt good getting it all done quickly.
Saved some money with them
I was really looking for the best deal on a security system for my new home in Texas. I checked out a few places, but Bulldog Security Services had a pretty sweet smart home bundle deal that included a Smart Thermostat and Smart Lighting Control, which other companies charged extra for. They also waived the activation fee, which was a nice bonus. I was able to get a free virtual assessment, and they walked me through all the savings. The monthly monitoring fee is competitive too. It felt like I got a lot of tech for what I paid, and the overall value was definitely there for a budget-conscious buyer like me.
Reliable as always
This is my second system with Bulldog Security Services, after moving to a new house. I went with the ADT Monitored Home Security System again, adding an Outdoor Security Camera this time. Just like before, the installation was professional and the system works without a hitch. I appreciate that consistency; it's why I came back. Their customer support has always been responsive in my experience. It's good to know I can count on them for reliable service.

Anyone know if they actually offer free installation? Saw something about it but wasn't sure if it's always available or just some special promo.
Thinking of getting ADT from these guys, is it just like a regular ADT system or is there some catch since it's a dealer?
